Q. Are my details secure?

Our payment system is powered by Protx who have achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). Protx provides cutting edge security and fraud prevention for you peace of mind. Sensitive information is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, using the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits provided by VeriSign.

Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A. We accept all major credit and debt cards - Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo
If you would rather pay by postal order or cheque please select this option at checkout. We will despatch your order when the cheque has cleared into our account - this can take up to 5 working days.

Delivery:
Q. How long will it take to receive my order and how much will it cost?
A. That depends on what option you choose at checkout.
We aim to despatch all orders within 24hrs, subject to payment card authorisation/cheque clearing and stock availability.
UK Customers
Standard Delivery:
£3.95 Delivery 2-4 days
Next Day Express Delivery:
£5.95 Delivery guaranteed next day by 1pm
Orders must be placed before 2.00pm GMT (orders taken after this time will be despatched the following day). Certain destinations may take a little longer Click here for more information.
Orders placed after 2.00pm GMT Friday and during the weekend will be despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
IMPORTANT - A signature will be required for Express Delivery Service and for all orders over £50.00.

Returns:
Q. What happens if the item I receive is faulty?
A. All electrical goods are covered by a minimum 1 year manufacturers guarantee. You can contact the manufacturer directly on the following to arrange a replacement Unit;

Q. What happens if I change my mind?
We have a 14 day no quibbles returns policy. The goods must be returned to us in the condition that they were recieved. IMPORTANT all our goods if opened or used are Non-Returnable for reasons of health and hygiene.
Please email us at returns@ebeautyproducts.co.uk. You will be issued with a Returns No. this will act as a reference to track your return. This is important, as without this number, your return may be subject to delays.
Refunds will only be processed once the original item has been returned to us. Once you have obtained a Returns Number, please write the number clearly on the outside of your parcel and return the goods to:
