Q. Are my details secure?

A. Yes, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. (Our Registration Ref: PZ1096577). We do not sell, rent or pass on any of your details to other parties.

Our payment system is powered by Protx who have achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). Protx provides cutting edge security and fraud prevention for you peace of mind. Sensitive information is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, using the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits provided by VeriSign.

To administer your account, and to disclose your details to our third party service providers (Sagepay) for the purpose of processing your order.

E Beauty Ltd will NEVER sell your personal information to a third party. We use this information only to process you order.

Q.What are cookies?

A. Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. We use cookies for the following reasons:

■To ensure that items are placed into your Shopping Basket and orders are processed correctly.
■To identify you as you travel around our site.
■To provide site usage information which, together with purchase information, will further help us improve and develop the products and services we offer.


Payment:

Q. What payment methods are accepted?

A. We accept all major credit and debt cards - Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo

If you would rather pay by Bank Transfer please contact us via the contact form and will send you the relevant details.


Delivery:

Orders are despatched within 24hrs, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.

UK Customers

Standard Royal Mail Delivery:

£3.95 Delivery 2-4 days

Next Day Express Courier Delivery:

£6.95 Delivery guaranteed next working day on all orders placed by  2.00pm GMT.

Saturday Delivery

£10.00 Saturday am

Orders must be placed before 2.00pm GMT (orders taken after this time will be despatched the following day). Certain destinations may take a little longer Click here for more information.

Orders placed after 2.00pm GMT Friday and during the weekend will be despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

IMPORTANT - A signature will be required for Express Delivery Service and for all orders over £100.00.

EU Customers;

£17.00 Delivery 2-4 working days

Rest of World;

Returns:

Q. What happens if the item I receive is faulty or damaged in transit?

The faulty item will be sent to the Manufacturer for testing. When the item is confirmed as faulty you will have the choice of a refund or a replacement product will be sent. Please contact us via the Contact Form  if you have received a faulty item.

If you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange.

Customs Duties

If requesting delivery to a country outside of the UK this may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you - we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from eBeauty Ltd, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

 Q. What happens if I change my mind?

 We have a  30 day returns policy. Please return the goods back to us in the condition that they were recieved. IMPORTANT because of the nature of the goods we sell if opened or used they are Non-Returnable for reasons of health and hygiene. should you have any questions/concerns or need advice on a product before purchasing from us please fill out the Contact Form with your queries.

Please email us via the Contact Form. You will be issued with a Returns No. this will act as a reference to us to identify your order. Refunds will only be processed once the original item has been returned to us. Once you have obtained a Returns Number, please write the number clearly on the outside of your parcel.

Please ensure your package is sent back through a traceable method for your own peace of mind as returns are the responsibility and at the cost of the customer.

Please allow 5 working days for your card to be refunded and to show on your statement. Please note: refunds will be minus postage costs, unless the item is faulty.
