Guidelines
Guidelines for use:
This appliance is designed for use with a 230V-240V AC-50Hz mains supply. With a suitable plug adaptor, the appliance may be used in mainland Europe. PLEASE NOTE: UK customers DO NOT require an adaptor.
1. Please ensure that the skin is completely clean and dry.
2. Plug the mains adaptor into a mains socket and the Jack Plug fits into the back of the Skin Lite unit.
3. Open the Skin Lite unit by pressing the white button on the front of the unit down and the cover will be released. Lift the cover to open the unit.
4. To switch "ON" the Skin Lite unit, press the "ON" button.
5. Once the "ON" button has been pressed the unit will "BEEP".
6. On the LCD display the three primary colours and power level are selected by default.
7. The primary colours are Blue, Yellow and Red and the secondary colours are Lilac (red & blue). Orange (red & yellow) combined colours (blue, yellow & red).
8. Select which colour you want to use by pressing the colour button or the combination as above. The unit will "BEEP" every time you press any of the buttons.
9. Once you have selected your colour, select the power level by pressing the power level increase/decrease button.
10. To begin your treatment push the Start button, this will "BEEP" and the lights will appear on the hand held unit.
11. Gently run the Skin Lite wand over the surface of the skin. Alternatively you can attach the enclosed plastic spacer for a more accurate reading. It is not essential to use the spacer.
12. The Skin Lite unit programs are automatically set for 15 minutes.
13. Treatment may be paused at anytime during the treatment by pressing the Pause button and the lights on the hand held unit will be switched off and the clock on the LCD will flash. To restart the treatment again press the Start button, the lights will come on again.
14. If you want to stop the treatment at anytime press the STOP button, the lights will switch off and the display will reset.
15. The Skin Lite unit has an automatic "cut off" switch after 5 minutes and the unit will have to be turned ON again.
16. When you have completed your treatment, please switch off the unit by pressing the "OFF" button and unplug your Skin Lite unit from the mains.
17. After your Skin Lite unit has been put away safely, apply a small amount of the Soothing Moisturising lotion to the skin.
