Guidelines

Recommended treatment time:

Oily/Problem Skin

8 - 10 minutes every other day, until the skin's appearance starts to improve and then treat as a Normal/Combination skin.

Normal/Combination Skin

5 - 6 minutes twice a week, concentrating on the oily T zone.

Normal/Dry Skin

3 - 5 minutes once a week after using a facial mask

Individual Spots and Blemishes

Hold the edge of the glass lens about 1-2mm from the blemish, for approximately 2-3 seconds. A painless spark will be produced which will immediately begin drying and healing the blemish.
